Error message "unable to connect to live" [fixed]

I have tried many time to get my iphone to connect to live, and I am having no success. If anyone can give me tips, tricks, any thing that would help that would be awesome! I have both recent updates on the program and software. I have entered my ip address into my phone and kept the port the same and all that. I have allowed specific ports on my computer to allow the access. Every time I try to connect it says error, unable to connect to live. It's really making me mad! please help.

Yesterday, we released software V6.28 and Live_Mobile 1.1.
Please use these two versions.

I am using 6'29 and Mobile ver 1.1 and I am getting the same error. I have my IP address in there as well as the port. What is the best way to get your correct IP address? I am looking at my wireless network connection detail screen (windows 7-64 bit). I shows about 5 ip addresses on that screen.

It still does not work. I confirred with the guys at the Mobilebeat show at the Chauvet booth and they said it should work!!
