Does anyone have the IPA file for the Live_Mobile app for iPhone they can send me?

I'm sorry if this is redundant, but I've read the last several pages and I'm more lost now than i was when I started. Can someone please tell me: What do I need to do / supply to support, etc. in order to get the remote app for live installed on my iPad? I've searched the app store endlessly to no avail. Apparently the app is not up yet based on what I'm reading. There is apparently a way I can send something to support and I'll get a reply with an installable version? Thanks in advance for the help.
