Hi

i have a problem .
i have a iphone 4 and a box SweetlightBox (metal casing box with 4 plastic feet)

I want to control my box with my iphone .
i have set up the setting which i have found on the forum

My ip adress of my Pc is 192.168.0.20
i have set up this adress to control board .

And i do a DMZ on my routeur to my PC at my ip adress 192.168.0.20
I have desactived the firewall .

the error message is : there are no page to show

Live_Mobile
- open the Settings of the iPhone
- select "Live_Mobile"
- Live IP address: enter the IP address of the computer where is our software
- Live port: keep the port value to 7348, which is the default value in the software
- Live password: enter a 4 digits password ("1234" for instance)
- connect your smartphone to the wifi network

Firewall (on computer)
Make sure your firewall is not blocking TCP communication via port 7348

Software (on computer)
- check the option Live > Preferences > Allow Live_Mobile (and restart Live)
- enter the same password in Live > Preferences > Live_Mobile password
- for each page you want to see in Live_Mobile, check the option Live > Page (right click) > Visible in Live_mobile

Are you sure you followed the last line of the tutorial ?

I have the same problem iphone will not connect to ShowXpress. I have followed the instructions many many times and it will not connect. It will not connect even if I turn off the firewall. With firewall off it continually keeps trying to connect but does no. With the firewall turned on, it tries to connect and then shortly thereafter says it cannot connect and asks if I want to try again. H E L P!!!

In this topic, the iphone connects perfectly to the computer.
The problem is there was no pages in Live with the option "Visible in Live_Mobile".
After checking this option to at least one page in Live, it worked.

You problem is totally different.
