Live Mobile not working with V8.1 [fixed]

I have the latest version of ShowXpress installed as well as the latest fix.
IP address is set correctly.
External app is enabled in ShowXpress settings and in Live tab settings.
Port is correct and password is correct.

Settings are all the same as they were in V7 when it worked perfectly.
Both iOS and Android cannot connect.
Help!

Nevermind. Problem was the network connection type on the PC somehow got set to Public, so the Windows firewall was blocking it. Working perfectly now.
