External Control is Grayed out [fixed]

Trying to connect to the live mobile app but when I try to enable external control its grayed out in the settings tab. How do I fix this. Thanks.

I am having the same problem. I am running Windows 10 on the laptop. I have unlocked Port 7348 and the entire External Control section is grayed out and won't let me enable it. What am I missing?
