The Lighting Controller

I started using ShowXpress several (8?) years ago and have had a great time creating light shows - primarily for the enjoyment of myself, family and friends. After several home implementations including a purpose-built floor of current home with over 100 DMX controlled devices, I continue to be a huge fan of ShowXpress. I currently have 50 full songs/timelines that I can depend on ShowXpress to play precisely and consistently to the 1/10 second. This includes playing music, multiple video files and up to 10 tracks of scenes right on cue. I have found the software easy to use (and getting easier with every version), feature-rich and pretty much bug-free. On the occasions that I have found an issue or a feature request, it has been well received by support including a important bug fixes within 24 hours.

Fifteen years ago I started out with a manually controlled 5 device environment and now thanks largely by the capabilities of ShowXpress, I have a one-touch per song / album lightshow at my command. Here's a few examples of what an amateur like myself has been able to accomplish with the software:
