DMX 512 Decoder Controller for RGBW LED Strip Light Dimmer D

HI I am using 10 x DMX 512 Decoder Controller for RGBW LED Strip Light Dimmer Driver DC12-24V 5A/CH (4 Channel) which are these -

But I cannot seem to get them to respond with showxpress, I have tried them on another Chamsys desk and they work fine, I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas on this?

Could you please tell us which model is your dmx interface ?

Its the 4 channel one in the link above without display, I have no other information on it im afraid

This may be a problem of dmx signal compatibility.
We already heard that with another Chinese dmx decoder with this usb to dmx interface.
Please check the interface with another lighting equipment. If it works, then there is a good chance this is the problem.

FYI, the dmx signal of our new generation of interfaces (D512S and D1024) has a faster frequency refresh. This may fix the problem.
