hi
do you have dmx and 3d buttons aktivated?
do you have the correct mode selekted in the indigo
the dimmer channel(10) and shutterchannel (11) has to be open in 12channel mode
or try dimmer channel (7) open and shutter channel (8) in 9 channel mode

hi marco, thanks for the reply.

I have dmx or 3 d activated. The Indigo mode is DMX. The adress is correct (there fore pan/tilt would not work, i guess). When I open dimmer/shutter and select 3Dview and/or DMX, sometimes I see in 3D the heads moving with the animated light. But not in DMX.

I don't understand what you mean with dimmer channel 7 shutter 8. these channels are the ones for the gobo/rotation.

do i have to generate a show first? I use the editor, but there is no action in the dmx (as told).

the indigo has 2 dmx mode -> a 9channel mode and a 12channel mode
if your indigo is set too 9 channel then try channel 7 and 8 for reaktion
and check if channel 1 is pan and channel 3 tilt with the indigo connected (12channel mode)
if channel 1 is pan and channel 2 is tilt then it is in 9 channel mode

you dont need to program a show. in new editor field just move the faders for dimmer and shutter.

hi marco, thanks for the support. now i found the "bug". the indigos weren't set to 12-channel modus. I didn't realize it, because i thought the 9 channel modus was in an older model. great! now it works! solved that!
