Chauvet SPOT 250 light goes of when mooving

Hello

They are on and when i move them, they go off and then go back on when i stop mooving them????

Make sure channel 12 is set to zero when moving pan or tilt. A value above 7 will command the fixture to blackout during pan /tilt moves.
