When using the Chauvet provided profile for the Spot Duo (in 'Showxpress V6 + V7) the Generator doesn't treat the second Pan + Tilt channels as Pan + Tilt! It doesn't group them together and allow you to use the generator for shapes in the way that it is intended. I'm guessing this is a glitch in the software that assumes every fixture only has one set of Pan/Tilt channels...(including 'fine').

The work-around I'm having to use is to edit the fixture and remove the second set of P/T channels, make a 4 channel profile (P,uP,T,uT) and place that in front of the amended profile, group and then control P/T as I should be able to in Generator.

If someone could address this I'm sure others would find it helpful.

Yes, our software is presently not able to manage perfectly "multi-heads" fixtures (same problem for many other lighting software).
This problem is considered in our future developments (too early to tell more).

And yes, you can workaround by declaring two "single-head" fixtures, instead of one "dual-heads" fixture.

Hate to dig this up from the dead but is there now a work around? I have 3 files from FB but I am not sure how to set up. Any info would be appreciated!
