Analogue to DMX Converter and software

The Theatre i'm starting to do lighting in currently uses a OLD OLD OLD Analogue system from god knows when all i know is that they have a haggard old Zero88 Sirius48 which has now finally died after years of use and abuse and all the lights currently ran off that through the dimmers.

Basically the main thing i'm wanting to know is if using

something like that i could convert it into dmx into my macbook and still be able to run all the pars separate as that is all that is in there right now but possibly later on add some dmx fixtures to the system and how i would go about it all
