The way that your software is distributed under a number of different brands and names is a constant point of confusion for users. It would be great to have more information on your website (https://sweetlight-controller.com/) and provide more information to your distributors (Chauvet and Showtec) about the way that your software is sold under different names. I believe this will make users far more understanding.
