There is one not compatible...

Hi

I am using a Belkin Playmax HD which is a USB over Ethernet extended.
When I connect my SSA directly to my PC show express works fine.
The SSA appears as a USB device.

When I connect through the Belkin, the SSA appears in my USB devices as expected, however the software comes up with "There is one not compatible..."

I have used the belkin Playmax to remotely control many other USB DMX controllers and wondering why the SSA is not working.

This message appears when the software finds an interface which is different brand than the software's brand.

When I plug the SSA directly into the PC it works, however when I use the SSA over the wirless USB adapter it does not.
Is there any way around this.
When using the wireless adapter, the SSA appears in the hardware device list exactly the same as when it is directly connected.
It seems for some reason control board is getting confused.

No, I can run ControlBoard with the SSA unplugged or if I plug it directly into the laptop it works fine.
Its only when I use the wireless USB adapter plugged into the SSA that I get the the message.

It seems very odd.

I have tried it on two computers and I get the same results.
I have also just borrowed a friends wireless USB adapter which is a different brand and it does the same thing.

ControlBoard seems to recognise the SSA when connected to a wireless adapater and is communicating with it, but for some reason seems to think it is not a compatible device.
