problem with Ssa

hi i have borrowed a ssa that i will fix but i dont get it to work. The symptoms are that it cannot be saved on Ssa. sometimes when it is possible to save the X and Y movement is uneven and the color flashes or changes. on the moving head I have used.
And if I use an LED lamp then it will be the same error. So I have some questions that can help me.

1. Does a Ssa work with sweetlight version 9.1.9?

2. Is there any type of battery in Ssa that may have become bad so it does not work properly?

3. Is it for DMX speeding up to it?

Does a Ssa work with sweetlight version 9.1.9?

It is supposed* to.
*supposed because of 9 years of computer (usb) technology difference
For standalone, please use the latest fix (https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... f=2&t=5922).

Is there any type of battery in Ssa that may have become bad so it does not work properly?

No.

Is it for DMX speeding up to it?

Sorry but we do not understand this question.

It is 20Hz for the software channels refresh.
It is 35Hz for the dmx signal refresh of the existing dmx interfaces (D512/Remote/Rack).
It is 10Hz for the standalone channels refresh.

like controlling a moving head colors with 1 and 2 and then controlling a LEDcan colors with 3 and 4 at the same time?

Yes, this is possible.
You have to fix a different zone for buttons 1-2 and buttons 3-4.

There is no specific manual.
If you have a question, please ask.
