SSA interface doesnt stay pc linked on version 8.2

My SSA unit works just fine with software version 6, but does not stay connected when using version 8.24. The PC Link light goes in and out and when I hook up a single light to the output it flashes on & off.

We can help only with the lastest software version (https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com/viewt ... f=2&t=5922).
We suggest you to try with V9 and the latest usb drivers for V9.
