Keeps Cutting out

I have had the ssa interface for a while now and until now it has been fine but recently scince the new 6.25 software has come out it has started to become unresponsive. For example i was at a show and it was fine for 3 hours but then it just froze and the dmx light went out on the interface the usb didnt disconect and the moving lights stopped . It has only happend scince i have installed the new software. Can anyone help please.

Could you please tell us what was the previous software version you had with which Ssa was working well ?

We changed the usb timing for Ssa&Box.
Please try "
