2nd hand SSA on Windows 11

Hi there,

just bought a second hand SSA, the power lights up, connection led stays out but when I connect the USB cable on my Windows 11 laptop there is the tada music. In the Windows Device Manager there is an unknown device under the Other Devices Section. I already installed the newest 64-bit software, downloaded the drivers separately but nothing fixes the issue... The person I bought the SSA from connected it to his Mac and it was recognized there.
I searched the forum but couldn't find the answer

Any tips or maybe the link to the correct driver?

Please send a picture of the complete rear panel of the interface. There should be another sticker with 7 or 8 numbers.
