Firmware-Update /Upgrade, Missing Serial Number

Hello,

how can I read out the Firmware-Version with the actual Software and

how can I get a Firmware-Update / Upgrade if the Serial-Number is missing?

It is not possible to read the SN via the software.
There should be a sticker with a 17 digits number on the interface (outside).
If not, please send by email pictures of all sides (total 6 sides) of this interface (viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19).

We clearly see that the SN sticker has been volontary removed. Weird !
Anyway, we confirm that this interface has the latest firmware version.

Hello, I have also seen the adhesive residue. I am the third owner of this device, so I can not say what happened with the SN Sticker.
