I recently acquired a Sweetlight Box, I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and version 8.2.28. I am unable to connect to the box, the screen on start up reads "0 interface(s) found"

Does the box show up in "Device manager"?
If it does, check if it has any problems finding the drivers.
