Control Board Crash on Launch

I am setting up the X-FACTOR on a new computer. Downloaded the latest driver (1.04) and latest software (6.333). Software runs fine on computer (Windows XP Pro, SP3, 32 bit) while in DEMO mode. Then, hooked up X-FACTOR and installed drivers without any problems. Device showed up without errors in DEVICE MANAGER (showing v1.04). However, when I launch ControlBoard, it crashes and I cannot start (Windows error reporting screen with "ControlBoard quit unexpectedly...") . Disconnect Box and program runs fine in DEMO mode again. Tried several times and same thing. Reinstalled drivers and programs, but all the same. Installed original software that came with Box (Ver 4.00) with driver v 0.99 at all runs fine. Where to go from here? Thanks.

In order to know if this a software or a driver problem, please try all these combinations:
- V6.333 with driver 1.04 (not ok)
- V6.333 with driver 0.99
- V4.00 with driver 1.04
- V4.00 with driver 0.99 (ok)
And let us know the working / not working combinations.
