It is normal that driver 0.99 does not work with software V6.
But driver 1.03 should be ok with both V5 and V6.
Please remind us the link where you saw similar problem "do not work xfactor in 6.0".

In the thread viewtopic.php?f=18&t=62, ControlBoard finds the interface, but after a short time, the box stops working. We found that problem and we fixed it in versin 6.01.

Your problem is totally different: ControlBoard of V6 does not find the interface.

The install must be done without the interface connected. One helpful test would be to check on another computer, which does not have already our software. Could it be possible for your to do that ?

Hi
i solved my problem

1 i removed all part of 6,1 en 5,2
2 tryed a new install (during instal 3times mesage fault during install), afterwards same result no box on 6,1
3 i removed again sweetlight
4 i run a pc cleaner program (a1cleaner) to clean up regestri/hd
5 new install and finaly i got the box working in 6,1 en also 5,2

so it seems during there were some corrupted files/ registry or something that werent removed during normal uninstall of the old sweetlight version

Thank you for your explaination.
V5 and V6 install different versions of usb drivers for our interfaces, and this might effectively bring some problems with the operating system. The OS is very sensible with driver install because the Windows uninstall function does never make a clean job, since it always keep trace of "removed" driver files in its Windows registry. Unfortunately, from our side, we can not do any thing to make Windows better manage the driver uninstall.

All our interfaces work well under Windows 7 64bits.
The driver version 1.03 for 64bits plateforms works well.
You just need to desactivate the digital signature.

Honestly, I know it is expensive, but it would be more professional and certainly look more professional to have a signed driver. Microsoft made Windows 7 a pain in the ___ to use unsigned drivers and they did that as a way of making it more stable. Luckily, for some of us, we know how to get around that but for your average user, that really is not an option.

I don't know how much the hardware actually costs to make but I know how much I paid for my Box and SSA and I don't think there is that much in raw parts on the inside. I realize there are more than just the parts when you determine the cost of the product and its software but I would pay an upgrade charge for major revisions if I got signed drivers and a stable product for that upgrade. You added x64-bit OSes and MAC to this version. The box says it does not work, because the box comes with version 5.0. I think, in this case, if you wanted to differ the cost of the signature certificates, you could justify passing thoses costs onto people who wanted the next major release.
