Please can you help me to provide the link where I can download the driver for Windows 7 32bits. The one that provides its current page generates a windows error and cannot be installed correctly

Sorry but we do not guaranty that you can use our dmx interfaces under Windows 7, because Microsoft officialy stopped support on Windows 7 since January 2020). This is mentioned here: https://thelightingcontroller.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6

Our software V9 works under Windows 7.
Our usb drivers for V9 are based on the Microsoft "WinUSB" usb driver (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WinUSB).

Officially
Microsoft says that "WinUSB" usb driver is supported by Windows 7.

In reality
Windows 7 does not embed "WinUSB" usb driver by default.
A standard Windows update action does not always install it.
In that case, you have to install it manually.
We can not help more regarding this installation.

The reason of this is Microsoft wants to force to upgrade for a newer version of Windows (FYI, Windows 7 was from year 2009 to 2012).
This is Microsoft choice ; this is beyond our control.
