i have them plugged into a USB 3.0 and 2.0 port on windows 8.1. SX does not see any of them i am getting a error message in my device manager. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and drivers and still nothing. please help

Did you do something (like update the software to V7.1.63 for instance) to get that problem, or did this happen without changing anything ?

We found a problem with the drivers, in V7.1.63.

We have uploaded a new V7.1.63 with the fixed drivers.
In case of you recently installed V7.1.63, please re-load it again and re-install it.
