I'm using V6.33 beta and I'm getting this error:

"Nb interfaces = 1
Interface #1 - Ma:0 Mo: 268492288 - L:12"

My computer is Windows 7 ASUS i7 64 bits. Any suggestions?

Is it a usb3 or a usb2 port ?

Please try with all existing usb ports, and let us know how it works with each of them.

I just read from another post from the same section 512 that the person is also having problems with the 3.0 usb ports. Therfore, it seems that there is a problem with 3.0 ports on Windows based computers. Do you have any updated drivers for usb 3.0 ports for Windows based computers?

The most recent drivers are automatically installed by the current software.
You can also find them here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=114

There is presently 2 users reporting a problem with usb3, and they both have the same computer: Asus :!:

We made a small investigation about usb3 on Asus, and we found this: http://event.asus.com/mb/2010/The_Best_ ... USB3.0.htm
Looks like Asus manages usb3 differently than other computers do. We keep investigating.

This may be the problem I am having as well.

Windows 8 64 bit, Asus VivoBook X202E, 1 USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports.

I have connected my XFactor to all of these ports, every time the device driver says "This device cannot start. Code 10. A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

The known problem is supposed to be only with usb3 ports.
