xpress 512

I have windows 8......on my Hp 2000 notebook pc

and the computer will not read the xpress512 donegall

I have tried looking for updates but can't find any thing to work

the program is in the computer but it will not add the box.....it will work in my other computer

that has win 7......any help would be appreciated

Only the current software version installs "Windows 8 friendly" drivers.
Please watch you are using the current software version.
