direct control via USB of Ligths and smoke machine

Hello, I bought a Sweet-Light D512 which I have connected 5 "tri proligths arcled 7314" and a smoke machine "Faze 1050Ft". I need to drive these items directly from an application developed by me. Simply I must set brightness and color of the light and turn on or off the fog machine. You have to provide me with sample source code in vb.net or c # to be able to perform these simple tasks?
