Flashing Chauvet LED Splash 86b

I've installed ten Chauvet LED Splash 86b into ShowXpress without any fixtures. And the fixture flash erratically. I've updated to the most recent profile for this fixture. Any ideas?

I had seen that thread before I posted, but I have no clue what it is saying that I need to do as a solution for the problem.
Help.

There is a good chance that the software/interface works well, and the light not.
Please call the technical support for the light.
They will explain you what could be the problem of the light.
