I need the digitally signed drivers [fixed]

I'm having issues getting my interface cable drivers to work under windows 7 64bit.
I downloaded the V1.03 drivers from tour website, I read somewhere that I need the V1.04 drivers as it is digitally signed?
If that is the solution, where can i download it?
