Problem with USB cable QUICK [fixed]

We have a problem with QUICK USB cable interface when working with some kind moving heads, like ABLELITE ADA75S or EVA100RGBW, but when we connect to DMX512 bigger interface, all is ok. Problem is that when we connect to USB cable, some of DMX channels have wrong functions, or even doesn't work at all. For ex. when we turn on blue colour, it run, but also move tilt, or when we try to run channel with gobo wheel, nothing happends. But, like I said, when we put DMX512 interface, then all working.
Can somebodhy help about that issue?

Maybe the non-working adresses are 101, 102 etc? Cable just works with 10 fixtures and 100 Dmx Channels as far as I know.

No, first working address was 1st ch, second was 37th ch. So, it was under 100, I'm sure

We had a similar problem with an old software version.
Please confirm you are using software version 7.1.5 or more.

Yes, indeed, we had 7.1.0 version, now we instaled 7.1.5 version, and all functions work well.
