The Lighting Controller

Hi, I have been having problems installing a cable to Dmx controller on my Windows 7 laptop.
I have downloaded the new drivers etc. and am still unable to fix the problem.
When installing the controller it comes up with a message saying "error this device cannot start. (Code 10)"
Any help with fixing this would be great! Thanks, Luke.

Two possibilities:
- your interface is broken
- the problem comes from your computer: this can be a conflict with another existing driver in your computer, or the existing driver files are corrupted

The easiest way to know what is the problem is to check the interface on another computer.

I managed to install it and have it working once or twice, but as soon as the usb is removed once, when plugged in again it is seen as an unknown device once again

The interface might be sometimes working, and sometimes not (?)
