The Lighting Controller

Hi, running windows 10 and showxpress v9.2.11.

Hi i have a rig that has moving heads, scanners, moonflowers and uplighters. i added 2 cheap chinese 200w cob blinders (sorry no name or model on them).
all was working perfectly well for some time then they both decided to just stop functioning. nothing changed on the rig, no updates had been installed but i could not get them to work.
i have taken them off the rig and tried them both independantly on there own with different dmx cables, different terminator and without a terminator but still nothing.
if i try them with my old entec usb dongle using a free program called qlc+ they work perfectly well.
as i say ive changed nothing but cannot get a function at all?

has anyone got any ideas please?

So if we right understand :
- before, all dmx fixtures were working well
- now, two of them (same model) stopped working, while the other dmx fixtures are still working well
- these two dmx fixtures do not work even alone with our dmx interface, and they work with another dmx interface

We presently think the problem does not come from our dmx interface.
We suggest you to check the lightshow.

Hi, thank you for the response and sorry for the delay in replying. No even if i put them or 1 in as a single item the showxpress just wont make them work, ive checked everything i can think of even putting in and remaking the fixture from scratch. no matter what i try the program seems to no longer work? currently im making them work by running qlc+ alongside showxpress.
as i say they were fine then at a gig they just stopped and i cannot get them to work at all?
