DMX input not working DMXKing ultraDMXmicro

I am trying to use a small 12 channel DMX console as a DMX input to be able to use the faders to control some Source 4s through the software, rather than using a separate DMX line to the stage just for those lights.

I have a Xpress512Plus for the DMX output and a DMX King ultraDMX Micro (http://dmxking.com/usbdmx/ultradmxmicro) that hopefully will be used as the input. I have the DMX King set as an input device using their config software and I can see it receiving inputs on the correct channels on their software, I just cant seem to get showXpress to use it, or really see it at all.

I understand that this device may not be compatible with showXpress, and if that is the case, what device should I look into to enable DMX input?

To have dmx in and dmx out with our software, you have to use the interface "Rack".
