Manually Assign USB Interfaces to Specific Universes

The problem is After I restart, sometimes the universes changes even if the USB cables haven't been changed. I'd like to manually assign them via the ShowXpress software.

I'd also like to request the use of 8 DMX Universes, not 6. I'm maxing out at 6 with all the LEDs and Pixels we're using. Either ARTNET or 8 DMX Universes would be perfect! Thanks!
