Where an i buy a MIDI to USB Cable? Can i buy any cable? because most of them are used for keyboards.

I would like to connect it to my DMX Controller (elation dmx controller 192) via Midi to ShowXpress.

Our software can be controlled by a midi device.
So far, your device is a dmx controller, which is not able to send midi messages.
In conclusion, we think your device can not control our software.
We suggest you to look at midi surface control devices, with midi output.
