Intimidator Wave 360 IRC

Is there any way to get this fixture to respond to tilt commands in 3DViewer? I don't care if the fixture shape is not represented correctly as the Wave 360 has 4 heads. I can get the 33 channel fixture to correctly change colors, strobe, pan but I cannot get the fixture to tilt in the software, in 3DViewer. I got the personality file from the ShowXpress software so please use that to check this. I am a beginner using this and it is very frustrating that I cannot get the Wave 360 to respond to tilt commands in 3DViewer. The ShowXpress software was one of the main reasons we bought the Chauvet 1024 controller, so we could use this software to program a light show. Maybe there is a work around for this fixture?

Sorry but 3DView is not able to show correctly the beams of such fixture.
