graphic issues in v9 3dview

Postby cas » 06 August 2018, 10:59

i'm on windows 8, v9 beta, 64 bit.
this is the problem:

happens with every color

these are my settings:

when i turn gobos off, the problem is gone, (even though these fixtures are rgb pars) and when i check opengl compatibilitymode, the problem is also gone, but i believe that's the old 3dview.

the problem does not occur when using moving heads on open, but when i use a gobo with gobos enabled in the settings, the problem does occur.

Please update the driver of your video card, and let us know the result afterwards.

What video card do you have. It looks like an issue often found on fake cards that claim that they have more onboard video memory than is really on the card.

I don't exactly know which video card, but it is an internal video card in my hp laptop, which is a couple of years old now. i don't think the issue is having too little memory, because v8 3dview works fine with large amounts of moving lights and pars, and the new version also works fine, I just get the weird graphics issue.

Etrange, je retrouve le souci de scintillement que je rencontre.
Voir le sujet ci dessous en milieu de page.

Mine was not working either. When I checked OpenGL compatibility mode it started working.

With opengl checked you're just using the old 3dview

Could you please try with these updated gobo files: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... /gobos.zip
(you have to replace them in the folder "../YourSoftware/3DView/")
and let us know the result ?
