[El Capitan Mac 2008] 3dview not opening [fixed]

Just downloaded the latest version on the test mac and 3dview window is not opening
(it worked in the old version
any thoughts?

Please try to delete the file 3dview.ini in your 3DView LightShow directory.

checked 3d view with a newer version of osx it works
however when i use the android version of live mobile it causes show xpress to suddenly quit

Please tell us:
the "non working" OSX version number
the "working" OSX version number
We need to understand the first problem, because the second problem might be linked to the first problem.

3dview not opening on a 2008 mac pro running el capitan version 10.11.6
3dview works fine on a 2014 fully loaded macbook pro running el cap too same os version
The application still quits when i use it with live mobile after several program changes, not tried with the mac pro.
