MacOS - 3DView abnormally slow down [fixed]
Can you please check that this fixture Mark - Moviled 304 works correctly in your 3D?
This is the fixture you created for me.
I am having massive problems even moving the head in Editor and as soon as I activate a palette all other lights stop working until these lights are released from the palette.
Using the latest Mac QuickDMX version with fix file.
Thanks

Re: Mark - Moviled 304
The 14 channels mode looks ok for 3DView, because it has only one beam (RGBW).
Regarding the 24 channels mode, 3DView is not able to straight show a moving head fixture with more than one beam.
Sorry for that.

Hello. I am using the 14 channel mode but the head is unresponsive in 3D. It does not move accurately. Can you open the attached light show and see if it behaves correctly? M1 and M2 macs being used again. Also the when a palette is activated the 3D stop working completely.
All palettes and positions can be found in the Romantic live page tab.
Thank you for the help

Great...thank you so much...really appreciated!

The problem is not fixed yet, but this info may help you in the meantime: here if we change the DMX addresss of "Mark_MoviLed304(14ch)" from #1 of universe#2 to #2 of universe#2, then all moving heads run smoothly.
Could you please confirm this is same in your system ?

Hello.
Yes.
This is the case for me too. Changing the DMX address to 2 fixes the 3D viewer problem. I don't think that I can keep this address at the moment as access to the roof of the theatre requires the hire of a crane.
But thank you for working on the problem..
