[6.01] Peculiar results with Generator

When I try running the Generator with my ColorSplash 196 and Par 56-24 Par Cans, I get peculiar results.

Assumptions:
USB Cable,
Quan (4) ColorSplash 196,
Quan (2) 56-24 Par Cans,
All Par 196 fixtures selected in Editor,
all colors selected in Generator (I only see Red, Green, Blue not all 7 channels)

1. on the Colorsplash, I can only get the inner 3 rings/channels to light at the highest level.
