If you import your lightshow in a Windows system, the files with these characters will not be accepted.
In this is too late, you will have to do that to recover all your DMX fixtures in the Windows OS:
- remove the Windows forbidden characters in the filenames in the folder "../YourLightshow/fixtures/"
- open the file "../YourLightshow/fixtures.ini" with a notepad app
- find the names of the fixtures in the ini file, and rename them
- save the ini file
Please make a backup of your lightshow before doing this procedure.
Note: this problem is beyond our control ; we do not decide the filename authorized characters for MacOS and Windows.
