V 9.3.8 - Error loading library 'efk_hardware'! [fixed]

I just downloaded the latest update - 9.2.38 reports new version - but when launching the new version after dragging to Applications, it crashes. the .dylibs are in the correct folder and permissions are fine.

Running MacOS 13.4.1 on M1
