It was effectively V9.3.10 before, but we have replaced it by a new DMG file (with the same name).
It looks like your system still shows the old file.
The size of this new file is 2441110 bytes, and it date is 02/01/2024.
Please force your system to update this link and reload the file.

Very weird, cleared my cache and downloaded again, timestamps still show Dec 22 and size 4,324,190 bytes, but it launches and reports as version 9.3.11.. will see how it goes.

Thanks.

9.3.11 crashed 3 times the next day, reverted to 9.2.38 and steady since...

BTW even though I had not installed any MacOS or other updates, 9.2.38 started crashing frequently again on MacOS 13.5.2, so feeling I had nothing to lose, installed MacOS 13.6.3 and have been stable again so far for a few weeks (except for the brief time on TLC 9.3.11).

Noted.
Thank you for the feedback, and sorry that this is not better with V9.3.11.

I disabled polling a long time ago, can't remember how much of a difference it made, but still have occasional crashes (maybe twice a month), most recent was yesterday a few minutes after someone turned out the lights from the console - not with Companion - and Companion had not been in use for over an hour.

In the next fix file (9.3.14), we updated some code and added a "Do not use WebSocket" option in the network preferences.
Please try with this file (when available) and with the "Do not use WebSocket" option checked.

Crashed twice since I installed... trying the Beta 9.3.6 ARM just for giggles.
