I have several D512 interfaces. When I use a powered USB hub, everything works fine but the program is very slow to open and find the D512. Once the program finally finds the interface and the splash screen goes away, the program runs fine. I'm using Mac OS.

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I have no choice but to use a USB hub since I have limited USB ports.

Our software ask to the Operating System: "please tell me the list of the connected usb devices", and it waits until it has the answer.
In other words, this delay does not come from our software.
We suggest you to try with another usb hub.
