How to make a right mouse click with a MacBook ?

Two possibilities:
1 - press key <ctrl> and mouse click
2 - enable "Tap trackpad using two fingers for secondary click" (in System Preferences > Keyboard & Mouse > Trackpad), and use two fingers on touchpad.

Please note that the right mouse click is quite oftently used in our software.
