Just used V8.1.29 for more than 10 hours. Conclusion: STABLE! :)
thx.

My mouse cursor than changes from arrow into "Move left or right" (see) and stays that way even when going to "Live" and hitting a scene button.
Only way to get the "Arrow" view back is hitting another button board or my desktop. This happens on both Mac's with macos Sierra and V.8.1.25.

I noticed this is simply a macOS Sierra bug.
Even without sweetlight active, i see this visual glitch happening in the finder.

Thank you so much for your feedback.

We spent hours (days) of investigation trying to understand why under Sierra (only Sierra), there are these visual glitches, and our conclusion was also "this is a MacOS bug". But we did not want to publish that because nobody would believe it.

We did not notice this problem also happens in the Finder.
Now we have more chance that people believe us.

So we have to be patient and wait for a MacOS fix.

My pleasure.

macOS Sierra 10.12.1 came out yesterday and fixed the visual glitch issue!
I can't reproduce any of those glitches anymore. Not in in the finder, not in sweetlight.

I had another shut down during my last gig
This time it looked like there was a cause and affect, since it happened when i pushed a button on my Akai. But that could be a coincidence too.
Think i'm going to install bootcamp on my Mac and work under Windows with sweetlight, since this becomes too stressfull.

We think there is no more "exclusive MacOS" bug.

If you are able to reproduce it, please open a new topic for this new bug, with a link to your lightshow, and some explanaition to reproduce it.

Ok, good to know.

i'm afraid i'm not able to reproduce is.
Last monday i went to the club tot test it and the suddenly shut down of all my lights happened again without me touching anything.
It's not a crash, the software still responds when using the mouse, but there is no communication with te midi controllers anymore. Quitting sweetlight and restarting didn't solve it. Neither did unplugging the usb and back in.
Then i rebooted the Mac and it worked again.
What i noticed in my lightshow folder in the folder 'Live' was a new file called "live.ini.OLD".

But i'll open a new topic for this new bug with a download-link to my lightshow so you can have a look.
thx.
