The Lighting Controller

So this is my first post and I am going to try and explain this as best as possible. I am upgrading from windows to Mac. I downloaded the showxpress software to my Mac. Plugged in interface and then opened the software. When the software opens, it recognizes the interface and goes to the live tab button. When I try and click on editor, pixels or stand alone it flashes the screen of the tab that I am clicking on and goes right back to the live tab. What is going on or what do I need to do to fix this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 different times and still can't get it to work. I am running the current OS system and the most recent Showxpress software. I have even tried installing the old software to see if that works and it does the same thing.

Did you force the Live tab in the "Preferences" menu => "Show only tab Live" ?

Are you F@#$ing serious. That is all it was. @ days of messing around and all I had to do is uncheck a box. Thanks for the help. I fell pretty dumb right about now.
