Losing Connection

Hi, I have a question
Our church has Showxpress 512 running on a Macbook w OSX Mountain Lion.
We use very simple scenes....1 scene for singing, 1 scene for speaking.
We use Live to trigger the scenes but recently the box loses connection with the laptop (PC Link light goes out) and of course the lights go out.
Also it's doing it in the previous version of Showxpress & the New Version
The laptop is set to never sleep
Any idea what could be causing this issue?

Can you please send the serial number (something like "S/N 04313xxxxxxxxxxxx") of the interface, via private message ?

In order to know if the problem comes from the computer or from the interface, please try with another computer (other than Mavericks ; Windows for instance).
If there problem still exists with the other computer, please return the interface to your retailer for maintenance service.
