Xpress-512 stopped working on MAC

Hello! I bought an Xpress-512 to use with showxpress on my mac. I received it in the mail yesterday. I plugged it in, set everything up and it worked great. Today I went to go use it, and now it says "no universe found." I installed the software on another MAC. I had the same problem. The power button lights up, but the PC link button doesn't do anything. I tried different USB cables. I also tried to restart the computer. Any suggestions? I bought this for a show that I have on 12/13. So my time is very limited.

We see two solutions:
- "ground loop" problem on dmx line, which destroyed the printed circuit board
- bad contact in the printed circuit board

In any case, you have to return the interface for maintenance service.
