Sorry to beat a dead horse about the XFactor not working my Mac. I purchased the unit for my Mac knowing an OSX version of ShowXpress was coming soon and have been running it on a Windows Parallel desktop. I would really prefer to run straight out of OSX as Parallels takes more system resources. To do this I have to upgrade to the Xpress512 or 512PLUS.

Has Chauvet thought about coming up with a trade in program for users like me? My XFactor is in perfect shape and is less than 8 months old. Any thoughts?
