I get this error- message when i start-up the control prg.
Can someone help me out.

Could you please do this ?
1 - try to open application ControlBoard without any interface plugged to the computer, and tell us if same problem still occurs ?
2 - if no error message without any interface, please tell us with which interface you get the error message
3 - if error message is still existing without any plugged interface, the problem might come from your lightshow. So we need you send us a copy of the folder "TheLightingController". Here is how to proceed:
- find you home_directory (replace the name "Caroline" by your name)
- make a right mouse click on the icon of "TheLightingController"
- select "Compress "TheLightingController""
- email us the zip file
We will check it.
